Welcome to the
Jeju Tourist Complaint Center.
The Jeju Tourist Complaint Center, which is operated as a core project of the ‘Jeju Tourism Innovation’, provides a streamlined communication channel to handle tourist complaints in a one-stop service. We operate a rapid response team to immediately resolve inconveniences of tourists and provide assistance when tourists visiting Jeju encounter difficult situations or experience inconveniences during their trip.
We also work in collaboration with tourism agencies and businesses to enhance the quality of tourism in Jeju and create a comfortable travel environment. Through analyzing complaints, we aim to improve Jeju's tourism infrastructure and foster tourism growth, contributing positively to the island's tourism development.
