The Jeju Tourist Complaint Center provides an online service to address issues encountered during your Jeju trip. Please fill out the form according to the format and we will do our best to resolve them smoothly.

- Be cautious when sharing personal information (e.g., business names) in the title, as even if unintentional or factual, it could be viewed as an invasion of privacy or defamation. This may lead to legal consequences or liability for damages.

    To process complaints submitted to the Jeju Tourist Complaint Center, your personal information will be collected and used in accordance with the [Personal Information Protection Act]. This includes providing information to third parties (government departments, local governments, and others who wish to access the information). Please indicate your consent to this.
