How to Submit a Report

On-site submission, internet website, email, phone, etc.
[On-Site Submission Locations: Jeju Comprehensive Tourist Information Center (Jeju Airport, Coastal and International Passenger Terminals, Seongsan Port), Jeju Tourist Complaint Center]

Handling Method

-   Complaints received will be either transferred to the appropriate administrative agency or handled directly, depending on the situation. However, transfers to administrative agencies may take some time to process.
-   Complaints unrelated to tourism will not be processed.
Processing Procedure

  • Reporting

  • On-site visit, phone, website, or email submission

  • Confirmation of received complaints

  • Consumer consultation

  • Business consultation and on-site confirmation

  • Jeju Tourist Complaint Center

  • Consumer consultation

    Transfer to administrative agency/request for cooperation

  • Notification of results to the consumer
